I posted way too soon yesterday.  Went to w#@k and Daisy Duke was freakin bouncing off the walls.  I thought she was broke, do crack dealers issue credit?  She actually made my forehead twitch.  At one point DD was babbling about an incident three years ago with her drunken bf and started crying!  Arghhhhhhhhh!

To make matters worse she went out at lunchtime and bought a 2 liter bottle of Mt Dew and drank 3/4 of it in 2 hours.  I need a body alarm, "Beep beep, back away from my aura, you are too close."

goodw$#ksister

The plot thickens.  The only normal person in my immediate w^%kgroup of gypsies, tramps and thieves is moving to another part of the warehouse.   The nice thing about this job is we are not micromanaged but she is in "charge" of us.  Guess who the boss said was going to take her place???  ARGHHHHHHH!

Some bimbo in a mercedes with a 4 yr old in the car was yakking on the cellphone, ran a stop sign and smashed into Rusty Wallace's truck.  Fortunately he was ok.

I know this story is a few days old but it still makes me laugh, especially the part about giving the dog a try...

BEIJING - A woman in Hohhot, the capital of north China's Inner Mongolia region, crashed her car while giving her dog a driving lesson, the official Xinhua News Agency said Monday.

No injuries were reported although both vehicles were slightly damaged, it said.

The woman, identified only be her surname, Li, said her dog "was fond of crouching on the steering wheel and often watched her drive," according to Xinhua.

"She thought she would let the dog 'have a try' while she operated the accelerator and brake," the report said. "They did not make it far before crashing into an oncoming car."

Xinhua did not say what kind of dog or vehicles were involved but Li paid for repairs.

Maybe he just needed glasses.

wkgwomen
The second week of my new w$#k is going better.   Had a .03% boost in my morale with a surprise raise yesterday.

Daisy Duke is still a little mellower, think she is on half rations of crack until payday.  She seems to be a good natured person but i think shes capable of freaking out if pushed.

She also never thinks before she opens her mouth.  She was telling us how badly she wanted to go out and get drunk Saturday night but had no money.  Which was a good thing since she didnt want to get a DUI with no car insurance or registration.  I'm parking on the other side of the lot from where she usually parks from now on.

As far as dealing with Sgt Princess Oompa Loompa Unibrow, whenever she barks  at me i now say "HUH?" and make her repeat herself.   Sometimes two or three times.

The rest of my esteemed cow$#kers have finally shut their big ignorant mouths about a local hot topic that they should never have even been discussing at w$#k regarding shitheads being held accountable for their own actions.   As much as i hate to say it The Man really cant be blamed or sued for every evil in the world.   I do blame jeff gordon though.

I knew when i made my lifestyle choice to become a Nascar fan i was joining the ranks of sports fans made fun of like no others.   Why?  We wouldnt be caught dead  dancing like this....

They're not even in sync.  That superstitous guy in the white hat actually thought that flipping the bill up and waving his jersey over his head would bring his team good luck.  Silly baseball fan,  us Nascar fans know that good luck is brought by an empty 12 pack carton on the head.

The abridged legend of Daisy Duke...

I first met Daisy last Monday.  She was barking orders, telling The Man how they should do inventory and generally trying to run the show.  I asked her how long she had been w$#king there,  thinking she must have founded the goddamn place and she said ONE week.

I have w$#ked places that were a total mess.  One job it was a race to the bank on payday because the longer someone waited the larger the odds of a bounced paycheck.  I still hate my new job but it is run efficiently without the redneck intervention.

Someone asked about getting Labor Day off with pay.  When Daisy heard the answer was yes she went into a brown nosing mode the likes of which i have never seen.  Could almost call it medulla nosing her head was so far up there.  C'mon bitch.  Not every business is closed Labor Day but in my 117 shitty jobs i have never heard of not getting holiday pay.

Tuesday Daisy comes in and loudly announces her drunken bf was not going to w$#k that day and was trying to get her to stay home too.  Shes a smart one.

So Wednesday she doesnt show up or call in.  The Man tried to call her, worried, but got no answer.

Thursday she slinks in with her tail between her legs seeing if she still has a job.  I heard her saying she had been up all night with a terrible toothache (she is lucky theres no chance she will ever have a teethache) and when it was time to come to w$#k she fell asleep and didnt wake up until 5 that night after we had all left for the day.  OKkkkkkkkk

So they didnt fire her but she was on her very best behavior.  Her usual jackhammer level barking was down to the dull roar of a food processor.   Tolerable.  She isnt mean spirited anyway.   This job is one of the few that doesnt require a drug test and i'll bet money thats why shes there.  Yesterday afternoon i swear she was vibrating she was tweaking so badly.  I'm getting to the point of losing my complete dislike of these people and starting to feel sorry for them.  I dont want that to get out and ruin my image.  Compassion sucks!
